Sally Lockey
Director
She/Her
Sally has been in post since May 2017, bringing stability and credibility to the programme. She has grown the diversity of community voices informing town centre activity, pioneering the approach to delivering festival activity and increased audience numbers as well as access and diversity.
Sally Leads On:

Line and Performance Management of staff team
Oversight of Community Relationships and Creative Programming

Business Strategy and Audience Development

Evaluation Framework
Stakeholder Engagement including consortium, funders and relationships external to activity, such as the CPP Learning Network.
Strategic Development of the programme within the wider culture sector in Doncaster.
Beth Prior
Operations Manager
She/Her
Beth is our Operations Manager and leads on aspects of the programme’s operations including risk assessments, health and safety and logistics. She is the initial point of contact for community groups and organisations, as well as the Community Advisors and Festival Steering Group.
Beth’s Role Includes:
Ensuring all in-house logistics and Office Management is carried out.
A point of contact for Event Management and Health & Safety.
Maintains strong Relationship Management with the Community Advisors and Festival Steering Group.
Creates strong Stakeholder Management relationships across the city, specifically with Ward Councillors.
Wider Programme Support including day to day activities and delivery.
Lizzy Hewitt
Marketing and Insights Manager
She/Her
Lizzy is our Marketing and Insights Manager and leads on all aspects of Marketing & Communications as well as data collection, interpretation and reporting.
This is a strategic, delivery role that requires strong communication skills in order to effectively communicate the programme’s qualitative and quantitative data with a host of agencies and freelancers.
Lizzy’s Role Includes:
Actively working to capture data from the programme, finding new approaches and methods to do this effectively.
The interpretation and submission of collated data for Arts Council England.
Lizzy is the Voice of Right Up Our Street across all forms of social media.
She is the main point of contact for Press and ensures the programme is effectively documented.
Overseeing core team learning from delivery.
Responsible for ensuring Arts Council’s reporting systems are up to date as well as sharing learning with external evaluators.

Paul Littlewood
Freelance Project Manager
He/HIm
Paul is our Freelance Project Manager and ensures continuity of relationships with priority communities. Paul holds relationships with artists and institutions in order to deliver programmes of work that are relevant within specific locations, including the Balby Bridge Estate.
Paul’s Role Includes:
To lead on and be the main point of contact for project delivery.
Forging and Maintaining Relationships and acting as point of contact for community groups and partners.
Liaise and be the main point of contact for Artists.
Event Manage high quality and safe events.
Project Monitoring and Data Collection enable the Marketing & Insights Manager with collecting and collating all Right Up Our Street data.
Paul hold the relationships with the community panel on the Balby Bridge Estate in order to oversee appropriate project activity.
Wider Programme Support including day to day activities and delivery.
